Brecht Associates obtains demographic data from Nielsen Claritas, a leading provider of demographic and Census data. Nielsen Claritas incorporates findings from the American Community Survey on a rolling annual basis as well as local level data ensuring improved data quality. At Brecht Associates rather than simply provide you with data, we tell you what the data means. By comparing the market area data to national and at times, state data we can evaluate the strengths and challenges that you may encounter in your MA between now and the last year of available data. Our demographics frequently include an income density map(s). These illustrate where those households—with an appropriate income level for your community—are living right now.
