Data Mapping

Data mapping can prove very helpful when evaluating a large geographic area. With data mapping we order Nielsen Claritas census data (for pre-determined age and income qualified households) by zip code. This data is embedded into a map that reflects the density of income by zip code. We then add the existing competitive communities by level of care – depending on your focus.  The push pins used as identification markers for communities can be color coded for older communities or those with multiple levels of care. Data mapping provides a unique opportunity to see where there might be opportunities to build new or expand your existing facilities.
